Needs Statement

The goal of this clinical symposium is to promote and facilitate the use of evidence-based decision making, engage in continuous quality improvement and learning, and strive for excellence in academic research across a broad range of primary care and specialty care topics. Nationally renowned thought leaders and academic experts will share current best practices and discuss clinical developments that enhance the clinical practice for our Physician Enterprise clinician teams across our ministry.

Target Audience

This activity is for physicians and advanced practice providers across Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, OB/GYN, Surgical disciplines and their specialties.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participants should be able to:

  • Illustrate the expertise to manage Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) by utilizing the latest evidence-based treatment algorithms and developing a comprehensive care plan including strategies for weight management

  • Identify strategies for how to integrate the primary care provider into the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) decision pathway
