Needs Assessment
The upcoming conference aims to address the pressing issue of thousands of children being harmed annually due to medical errors and other mistakes in pediatric healthcare delivery. Professionals attending the conference urgently need to bridge the gap between established best practices and current healthcare delivery standards for children. Many lack essential tools, methodologies, and statistical approaches to effectively gauge the impact of their studies and initiatives on improving healthcare delivery for children. Post-conference surveys will help assess attendees' acquisition of new knowledge and skills in these critical areas.
