Overview

It begins with a needs assessment to pinpoint specific areas of deficiency among clinicians. Once identified, the curriculum is tailored to directly target these gaps, ensuring that learners receive focused education on their areas of weakness. Importantly, the content is rooted in the latest evidence-based practices, ensuring that learners are equipped with the most current knowledge and guidelines.

To engage learners effectively, the activity incorporates interactive learning methods such as case-based discussions, simulations, and workshops. These hands-on approaches allow clinicians to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios, reinforcing their understanding. Ongoing assessment and feedback mechanisms are integrated throughout the program, enabling learners to track their progress and address any remaining gaps promptly.

Objectives

At the conclusion of the sessions, the participants should be able to:

• Analyze strategies for achieving specific metrics and explain the CMS criteria for each metric presented.
• Outline the underlying rationale and significance of the metrics associated with each topic presented.
• Examine and review the recommended clinical pathways for the care of our patients.
• Implement the integration of documentation for meeting specific metrics within the Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring accurate and comprehensive recording of patient data, achievements, and outcomes.

Participants may be asked to complete a session evaluation.
