Target Audience and Needs
Clinical and research faculty, residents, students, and other healthcare providers involved in neuroscience need to be regularly updated on treatment strategies and up-to-date research for improved patient care and management.
Educational Methods
Educational methods will include lectures and case presentations.
Objectives
At the conclusion of the sessions, the participants should be able to:
- Describe current practice guideline recommendations for neuroscience-based therapies.
- Apply up-to-date techniques for evaluating patients with neurological diseases.
- Evaluate the latest research on methods to prevent and decrease risk for further progression of neurologic diseases.
- Apply the latest evidence and advances in neuroscience research to manage neurologic diseases in clinical practice.
Evaluation
Participants may be asked to complete a session evaluation.
