Target Audience and Needs

Physicians, residents, fellows, and community physicians need to be updated on advances in gastroenterology, as well as the clinical activities in the Division of Gastroenterology.


Educational Methods

Educational methods will include lectures, case presentations, literature review, and panel discussions.


Objectives

At the conclusion of the sessions, the participants should be able to:

  • Maintain and increase knowledge of advances in gastroenterology to develop new clinical skills.
  • Evaluate case series according to evidence-based guidelines in gastroenterology..
  • Implement evidence-based guidelines to advance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.

Evaluation

Participants may be asked to complete a session evaluation.
