Objectives

At the conclusion of the session, the participants should be able to:

• Describe mechanism of formation and pathologic findings of chalazion and hordeolum.
• Define the role of imaging in the differentiation of preseptal cellulitis and orbital cellulitis.
• Describe the physical differentiating signs and symptoms between preseptal cellulitis and orbital cellulitis.
