Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
- Recognize the components of a pro forma and utilize a template to complete one
- Construct a financial argument for a Quality Improvement proposal
- Utilize stakeholder input to target institutional priorities in the financial analysis
Target Audience
Faculty and trainees with the Department of Medicine who are involved in the care of patients and are looking to improve or develop their executive leadership skills and implementing quality improvement projects requiring institutional funding
Educational Methods
Lecture, Small Group Breakout Session, and Skill-based Training Workshop
Evaluation
Evaluation by questionnaire will address program content, presentation, and possible bias.
