Needs Statement

The goal of this clinical symposium is to promote and facilitate the use of evidence-based decision making, engage in continuous quality improvement and learning, and strive for excellence in academic research across a broad range of primary care and specialty care topics. Nationally renowned thought leaders and academic experts will share current best practices and discuss clinical developments that enhance the clinical practice for our Physician Enterprise clinician teams across our ministry.

Target Audience

This activity is for physicians and advanced practice providers across Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, OB/GYN, Surgical disciplines and their specialties.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participants should be able to:

  • Compare and contrast the proven strategies for mitigating burnout and utilizing solution-based processes to enhance professional fulfillment and well-being of physicians & advance practice providers at the individual, leadership, and system levels

  • Identify successful approaches to engage clinicians and leadership in the face of challenges such as staffing and cumbersome workflows
