Objectives
At the conclusion of the sessions, the participants should be able to:
- Create and modify smart texts to improve documentation and capture appropriate patient data.
- Use the "wrench and gears" to personalize user display in Epic, in order to enhance efficiency.
- Use chart search to navigate patients' charts and identify appropriate patient information.
- Identify strategies to use technology to enhance patient/physician communication and interaction navigating through the clinic visit and beyond.

Participants may be asked to complete a session evaluation.
