Target Audience and Needs
Physicians, residents, fellows, medical students and other healthcare professionals involved in the care of otorhinologic patients need regular updates on the recent advances and guidelines in the fields of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. This series aims to bridge the changing environment of medicine and the development of new practices by increasing professional, ethical, and scientific knowledge in the fields of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery, in order to improve the treatment of patients.
Educational Methods
Educational methods will include lectures, case presentations, and panel discussion.
Objectives
At the conclusion of the sessions, the participants should be able to:
- Evaluate and compare various otorhinologic presentations and workups.
- Summarize recent advances in surgical techniques related to otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.
- Develop algorithms for treatment and surgical care using current guidelines.
Evaluation
Participants may be asked to complete a session evaluation.
