Needs Statement
This activity addresses the educational needs of healthcare professionals involved in the multidisciplinary management of complex melanoma, skin cancer, and sarcoma cases. Participants require enhanced knowledge and skills to navigate evolving diagnostic and treatment paradigms, particularly in integrating radiologic, pathologic, and clinical data into coordinated care plans. The tumor board format provides a structured environment for collaborative decision-making and fosters adherence to evidence-based guidelines. Through case-based discussions and presentations on recent landmark trials and practice-changing recommendations, this series will strengthen provider competence in applying current standards of care, improve communication across specialties, and support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered oncology care.
