Needs StatementFeedback is recognized as one of the key factors in enabling effective learning in health professionals and is considered a critical component of learner development. The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education has declared feedback to be an “essential and required” part of training. Effective feedback can be particularly challenging to establish within the emergency department (ED) setting. Providing quality feedback is one of our top goals for improvement over the next year.
