AWVs exhibit improved outcomes, provide measurable quality improvement, and reduce overall cost of care.

Needs StatementsRecent data shows that burnout affects nearly half of all physicians and more than 50% of healthcare providers. Despite growing awareness of this issue, formal training in personal development and resilience tools remains noticeably absent from most healthcare education curricula. This activity aims to raise participants' awareness of this problem and provide essential resources for resilience training. It also advocates for a shift in educational approaches to better equip future generations of healthcare providers.
