Target Audience and Needs
Physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, quality improvement leaders, and clinical and hospital administrators need to receive regular updates on clinical best practices and evidence-based advances in the treatment of heart failure. It aims to expand clinical knowledge, enhance the quality of outpatient and inpatient heart failure care, reduce mortality among hospitalized patients, and improve patient outcomes.
