Needs Statement
Obstetrics and gynecology healthcare professionals require up-to-date knowledge of treatment modalities and to develop techniques for applying evidence-based medicine into community practice. This series will provide weekly expert-led sessions that offer evidence-based insights, clinical updates, and practical resources. These sessions will enhance participants’ diagnostic and management skills across a range of obstetric and gynecologic conditions. Continuous feedback from attendees will inform the selection of future topics and speakers, ensuring relevance and responsiveness to clinical practice needs. The series will also emphasize the integration of new knowledge into everyday practice, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Educational methods will include lectures and case presentations.
Objectives
At the conclusion of the sessions, the participants should be able to:
- Identify ethical considerations in obstetrics and gynecology, specifically within the emerging field of fetal surgery, and the unique challenges inherent in these cases.
- Evaluate patients for potential antepartum and postpartum complications and implement different treatment modalities when identified.
- Apply novel surgical techniques in complex laparoscopic gynecologic cases to enhance patient outcomes.
- Analyze methods for hospital system modifications that can improve patient safety and reduce adverse events.

Participants may be asked to complete a session evaluation.
